1. Develop, maintain and continue improve Training & Development system to meet business requirement;
2. Conduct, identify and analyze training needs survey to make the training plan;
3. Develop and design the training programs to meet the training requirements and balance the budget;
4. Plan, organize, coordinate and conduct the training programs, do the training evaluation analysis to improve the training efficiency.
5. Develop internal training courses, Train the internal trainer and team set up.
6. Develop external training courses, manage right and excellent external training resource to meet company business development and employee development
7. Lead training budget management
8. Set up and maintain the platform for internal learning、sharing and communication
9. Ensure The Company’s rules and regulations are complied.
10. Initiate and exploit company culture, value and employees engagement activities;
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Prosfessional English
3. Good at office software
4. 3 years training and employee development experience，2 years training experience above as training management position
5. Has company training system、course system set up experience.
